Installation of XP in compaq cq-40

Sir,
I have A Compaq presario cq-40 Laptop with model no. 108-TU and i want to install Win-XP in it, but i dont have SATA drivers so plZ help me out. I want to know the procedure of Installation of XP in particular laptop and also need the drivers.
Kindly help me out.................
