My programs are freezingClosed

Hello,
I have anti virus programs, but in the last month, my programs are freezing and getting worse to the point I cannot use them now. I cannot afford at this stage to pay for complete virus protection. Should I get yet another free anti virus program and delete the others?

1st download "advanced Windows care" from www.iobit.com let it clean up your system.

2nd download Spybot - Search and Distroy  - go to cnet.com for a free copy  - run a complete scan

3rd download AVG free antivirus  (be sure to select the FREE version)  run a complete scan

then delete your old antivirus programs
