Copy from another spreadsheet with condition

Hello,

I'm currently working on a data base in excel and would have the following question:

I have a sheet "North America". In this sheet, on cell H4, there is a scrollbar to choose the different countries located in North America: "blank", USA, Canada, Puerto Rico. In cells J7 to J49, there is a list of information that should appears depending on the country selected in H4. The information to be copied in cells J7 to J49 are in another sheet called "Country MACRO", in B3 to B39 for USA, U3 to U39 for Puerto Rico and X3 to X39 for Canada. Some cells are merged, it is why it is going from 7 to 49 in the first sheet while 3 to 39 in the second one.

How can I do to have a copy paste of the info on sheet "North America" that automatically change depending on the country selected? I'm working with Windows XP.
