window xp not instal, win32/cmd file problem Closed

Hello,

             Go to 'Run' and open 'cmd'
             Type 'netsh' in command then press enter
             Then type 'winsock' and press enter and then type reset
             Restart Your PC
             Solution# 3:
     
i was used this solution#3.when i reinstal window it was not instaled.it show win /cmd  file problems.
i want to instal window xp.  what can i do for this...
