Can't detect external drive....

Hello,


Please solve my problem...

I have an external harddisk(WesternDigital) 200GB.
My Windows server 2003 is unable to detect it. Event i didn't found it in Device Management also.

What should i do? I need it urgent.

How can i know whether my USB is USB1.1 or 2.0?

please.. i have lot of important data in it.

Hi there,

You need to try with other usb cable or install diver for it,have you tested in on other system?Does it work there?Please give more information.
