Hello everyone,

A hard object fell on my laptop. Now it freezes even in safe mode. Obviously a hardware problem. How can I isolate which part is responsible? Thanks.

Dear Sir,

I will advise you to simply send the laptop for repair at a proper computer technocian for while opening it, you may damage other hardware components.
