Acer aspire one netbook

Hello,
I have a few issues with my acer one need to create a recovery no cd drive, next when i bought my netbook it was missing two keys the store i bought it from say not their problem i need to know where to go to get the keys to replace, and last i can no longer get on net i have four other computers in the house we are on a wireless net the first week it got on fine now it say it is there but cannot connect . thanks for your time
