Computer freezes

After I download a game (like Hidden objects Games) my computer freezes.

What do I do?

My computer freezes windows and start-menu and other icons dissapear?

Any solution?

Hi

Thanks for the info but I have a register cleaner and a drive cleaner and have cleaned out stuff but so
far nothing works but thanks again.
