Hello, my pen is broken and i want you to fix so i can use it if you can not fix it i will hunt you down and stick all of my pens up ur nose

Dear Sir,

Please explain clearly what is the problem. If ever the pendrive has been damaged physically, please send it for repair to a competent computer repair shop to check whether the problem can be solved.
