Greetings Jason Teoh,
Voice Clips will use the default sound device to playback the clips. As such, make sure your default sound device is working. You can configure what is your default sound device by clicking Start, then Run, typing "mmsys.cpl" and clicking OK.

Yes, i have configured the sound device.
The problem is, other application such as skype and yahoo messenger i can do voice calls... and while i am using voice call in windows live messenger, i cant hear people talking to me but they can hear what I'm saying.
any idea how to fix this problem???
