Hello,

I had sony erricssion W810i handset and I want to connect internet for my Acer S4720 series laptop. Required GPRS saetting for connecting phone to laptop.

Pls advice me in this regard. No any co-operation is getting from aircel customer care.

Normally the task should be completed through the use of your PC Suite. Please indicate whether you are using it and also provide information if you already have GPRS settings activated on your mobile phone.

Hi,

Thanks for your prompt reply. Details of asked ques given below.....
1) I have W810i Pc suite which is downloaded from sony ericssion web and same is installed in pc but my phone is not getting conneted to that by using USB cable. 
2) Currently I had gprs setting on mobile and it's working fine. 

Pls advice me in this regard.
