Laptop freezes when right click on screen

Hello,
I'm using Windows XP sp3 on laptop.. starting today, my laptop always freezes whenever I right click on the screen or wen I try to start video call or open a live media player program (e.g. PP Live). I've tried to delete all temp files, history, etc. but in vain. Could someone help or suggest how to fix this without having to send my laptop to the computer shop??

Dear Jul,

The problem is either coming from your graphic card or your RAM memory. Please confirm the issue for further help.

Did you try to do any cleaning beforehand or erase un-used programs?
I have the same problem today, and it was just related to use the right click of the mouse, when not used the laptop work fine, I will try to re-define the mouse configuration; if you got an answer or a solution I will apreciate to hear from it.
