XP installation problem on acer 5920

I got problem while installing XP.
After booting it load all files from CD .Then it shows massage in BLUE screen that 'hard disk not found ,make sure that hard disk is connected properly.'

configuration is 120GB HDD,2GB RAM,1.83DHz,Intel COre 2 Duo.

Hi there,

Since you are using sata hard drive ,this is not a real issue,you will have to disable sata/native mode then proceed with xp installation,for instructions please refer to Faq:
