Phone number so i can talk to someone

My ex partner has got into my account and changed my pass word so I cant get into it and when they ask the security word I don't know it as he has changed that also please help
As I have personal details on there the email is hardmanirene1@hotmail.co.uk

Dear Sir,

Please contact the particular person and obtain the new password from her. Otherwise contact the specific mail service provider for obtaining the possibility to access your account again.
