Acer laptop with out a cd drive

well i bougght an acer laptop from a friend and the problem is that it willgo to the windows boot screen and look like its loading but it will stay like that for ever,iv tried running in safe mode and all the other options, how do i fix this, how can i erase everything off of it with out loging in?

ok well that wont work cause i cant even log in, does any one have an answere thats not stupid
