Power pc 700mhz

Hello,

am running 10.3.9 on an old power pc 700 mhz, 768 mb of ram, 40 gig hard drive with about 1/2 free. the thing has been running really slowly lately, especially with firefox and safari. I use aol for some work accounts and aol doesn't even support that old version of safari I can run on this thing. Any tips on ways to speed this thing up, didn't used to be this bad. thanks.--steve

First Test HD (Hard Drive) make sure there there are no issues there

resetting safari cashes some times speeds up browsing ( if wireless swap to wired see if a difference )
may have a router issue also if wired is faster the wireless
