I am unable to open some video/audio files from my 32gb pendrive, even after i have formatted the pendrive. Kindly help me.

When formatting a drive you delete the index to the data. Any data on the drive is then unreachable after the format.

No you can't unless you use special programs that read the data without using the index. Google "hard disk data recovery" or "data recovery after format" for more info.
