How to get Mybook HD to work in Windows 7 ?

I've been reading a lot about how people reformat and even take apart there Mybook HD. However my question is how do I get MyBook HD to get recognized by Windows 7 ? Granted that it is an old External HD and also they don't have any drives to allow it to work. I've already tried that route.... Someone please help

Hello,

The myBook is an External HDD, it works on all Windows OS, including Windows 7
If you used the HDD on a MAC computer, you will have to format it in FAT32 or NTFS system file, then it can be used on Windows!
