In most cases it's due to a power(electrical) issue. It may comes from the power cord or the battery.
The power cord possess normally a small LED diode that will turn green when connected to an AC outlet.
Concerning the battery check out if it's in the right place. Also check out if your RAM strips are correctly fixed to the ports.
Also before making any of these manipulations, check out whether the warranty will be void or not.
