no sound on pc Closed

Question

when i got my computer the sound was like an echo. so i try to fix the problem and i first try to see if reatek was it so i click disable. then there was no sound. so i try to enable but it would not let me  what else to do
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

Please get to the device manager and see whether you still have the sound driver and indicate for further help.
