my mp5 has now detected to the pc but it has never recognized i dont know what''s the problem...
i''ve tried your opinion and i keep restart my mp5 but it doesn''t work... what can i do for this?

Hi there,

Do you have driver cd for the mp5 player?If not then download it from manufacturer official website and install on system.
