Hang and then does not start

Hi

Last night my accer laptop hanged and I pressed the power button but it can not be shut down, then I took the bettry out from laptop and when after plug in battery again in laptop and press the power button of laptop, my laptop did not show any thing, just a single blue light on for a second an laptop screen become white for a second and both light and screen off again. What is this problem please tell me the solution if you have.
