Upside down Monitor screenv - Windows 7

I use to have Vista and I plugged in an extended monitor to the side of my

It worked fine with Vista (ironically), and now that I have windows 7, every time I set the extended monitor, everything flips upside down.

Any thoughts or ideas?

Just to add to my above question.

Pressing Crtl + Alt + Up or down arrow doesn't work!
