<gras>i have gone to the sony website and downloaded the web cam software for my computer model. and my cam is still not working? any one have any ideas?

Dear Yvette,

Please indicate whether you have installed the web cam's driver and software too for both are essential for the web camera to work properly.

I dont know how or if ive installed the driver, i know i have downloaded the software?
