Hard-disk shows 0 byte

My Dell inspiration HDD not shows actual size.
It shows 0 byte in properties.I have 20 GB data in that HDD.
Also it shows only 1 partion & can not open by double click or right click open option.
How can I solve this problem? Reply immediately.

how can remove personal security from my computer , but personal security showing some virus in my compuer 'system is damaged' suppose delete personal security lose my data , what can i do....

now ,my computer is some virus affected , not showing my desktop , how can recover my desktop .
