How can i change the files from 2007 to 2003 Closed

Recently i just update my windows 2007, now the problem i used to scan in windows 2007 but the problem when i send this report to another person which is using the windowns 2003 she cannot open. 

how can i change the save scan files from windows 2007 to windows 2003.

Go to Microsoft website and download the "File Converter" and install it on your PC. Whenever you save a file in Office 2007 you have the option of saving it to a lower version. Just click on "Save As" (when you are about to save the file) and choose the options from the drop down menu ( you can choose from office 97 to the latest 2007)
