dell 1545 no reinstallation discsClosed

Question

my dell hard drive will not run  cannot back up totally dead i cant find discs that came with system ,  it was running win vista home premium where can i get discs from to get system bck up and running ive tried to get help from dell but got no where tried ebay to buy but none listered. any help would be greatly recieved.
have tried accessing old drive but its not having any of it its totally dead

ti need the dell vista home premium  reinstallation disc i now have all drivers from dell on dvd but cannot install untill i have loaded  vista, this is where im stuck i have key under battery but getting hold of the disc to load  vista prem is proving impossible , took hard drive to shop and they cant get anything off it either its totally dead, 
have tried ebay they have ultima and business , but guess these wont work with my dell 1545 as it only has key for vista premium
