                    To create signature you have to follow some steps which I am going to suggest you.  
Open outlook 2010
Click File tab and select 'option'
In option windows click Mail tab
Click on the Signature button( this will open signature and Stationery window)
Select E-mail signature tab
Click new to add signature(you can add multiple signatures)
Click OK button to add signature in box
