CAN'T DELETE ANY FILE

I run a Windows 2000 Server. There is only 12 Kb of free space on my C drive. I want to free some space but I can't. I have tried deleting some files but keeps coming back. What do I do? Please help.

Dear Fincorp,

Please indicate which files you are trying to delete and also check whether the specific files are not write protected. Still you can get to Add/Remove Programs in your Control Panel to remove applications that you do not use.
