Flashing dates

If I have a colum in say colum g of a work sheet and I want to know when the date that is listed there is with in 30 days from now and the dates that are listed there I want them to flash the background color when they reach that 30 day window. how will I be able to do that? can you please show me what the code would be and the steps to make that happen please. I need this very soon to if that is possible.

let me provide a little more detail and maybe that will help

work book is named (what is being done)

workk sheet is (What I am responible for )

I need colum P row 2-59 to flash if the date is with in 30 days of what ever todays date is.

I need either the date to flash or the background to change color to say like red letting me know that I need to perform the next step in my process. and that would be filling in the info into colum N same row as the line that is flashing or colored back ground.

can you please right the code for me for this exact example that i have mentioned so that I may put it into place. and with the instructions on how to, and where to put this info in.
