How to restore data after formatting it..SONY

hi, im mika..
i bought sony mp3 NWZ-B142F today,
but accidentally i format the mp3,
i dont know about the format thingy until my bro told me that im not suppose to format,
so can someone help me on how to fix it?
i really need ur help!

There will be no possibility to get the files back once you have formatted it.
