No sound on internet!!!! TRIED ALLIES POST

I have tried EVERYTHING in allies post at

and when i imported this missing.reg, the whole screen flashed, switched to the old windows 95 gray look and restarted. it then went on to chkdsk and "retrieved orphaned files" and now the computer runs but still with no sound AND now i get all of these WMI, printed sub spooler and control center errors. what is going on?
in my registry under drivers32 there is one at the top called default and it says (value not set) and when i export that file it is the missing.reg crap.
