if you know where the image is then it could be simple and hopefully he has not renamed the file, if not then copy the name of the image and paste it into your browser it could pssibly auto fill the url
to take you to were he downloaded the image file
Even more simple
Ask your husband where he downloaded the image from without a tone or accusation
with tone and so on may cause a fight. remember if you ask him its just a question and your not accusing him of anything
anyway there is more to it and it seems your trust for him is gone you should prob seek counseling for couples.
