I have a complex problem and I would like to demonstrate my requirement to a consultant by showing him what I need to be done by a video of the keystrokes.
Is there anyway I can do this without using a video camera.

this is a neat piece of software and its free ---

https://www.talkhelper.com/camstudio-review/

It makes an avi file of anything that takes place on a screen.

you could have one of those screen keyboards. microsoft has one with xp

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/accessibility/oskturnonuse.mspx

Place this keyboard at the bottom of your screen and you should then be able to show what key strokes etc are needed for the task in question.
