I have tried uninstalling the device but that didnt work, i have tried to do the "unplug your pc for a minute when its turned off to reset the bios" but that hasnt worked. i have tried everything i can think of. when i plug it in it doesnt come up in the C drive so i cant change the path or anything...

what OS are you running and make sure your thumb drive is compatable with your usb on your computer .... if your computer usb is at least 2.0 if not you will need to upgrade .... more info would help to solve this issue :)
