My Computer Randomly Shuts Down when watching

Recently My laptop started shutting down whenever i was playing a game online or watchng videos that were more than 15 Minutes long. I was told to remove some of the services that took up space so that it would stop happening and it was fine for about 5-6 hours, then it happened again and it's getting on my nerves!!!!!
