I can't use NUM LOCK keypad.

Hello,
I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop( P505-S8980).
I tried so many time to unlock NUM lock kyepad. But doesn't work to my PC.
I don't know why? I need to somebodys help!!!
I tried to CTRL+NUMLOCK and FN+F11.......

I have Nokia N95 China mobile but I have forgotten the input phone code.

How can I recover it? Is there any option to reset it?
