Icons not responding

Hi, I have just bought a new sciphone (H003) and the icons are not responding at all. I can unlock the phone and that is as far as I can go.

Can some one help?

Dear Sir,

Please consider restoring the mobile phone to factory settings and hence get the problem solved.

Thanks but i cant go further then the main screen hence cant change back to factory setting. Nancy
