Ipod dead

hey, i let my ipod rundown out of battery completley, and it wont charge or anything, i reset it to many times, so now it wont even do that, is it completley dead? xx

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the charger that you are using is not damaged for this could be the reason why it is not charging.
