i'm having trouble with my sound device, whenever i play a music on my windows media player, i'm encountering an error, and it says "there may not be s a sound device installed". i already installed a sound device, but still, i receive the error.

re instal sound driver once a time .some time virouse do this or disable sound. scan computer by updated anti virous. otherwise ... sound hardwere may be damage , we can put sound card for this (on desktop)
