How to fixed cd/dvd drive?

my drive in my loptop can't read cd but in the dvd its working.when inserting cd it appears 'burn with' but it has already a file in the disk but when i try to rip the cd that contains a music inside the disk it is working but when i try to burn music in the blank disc there is an error can you help me to fix that plss...
