ITUNES WON'T ADD. Closed

Question

i just got this music video on my itunes. it keeps telling me my ipod doesn't play it. so it won't let it add. but i have other music videos on my ipod. WHY ISN'T IT ADDING. ahhh please help, i need to by tomorow !!!!

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.3

Please check whether you have enough space free on the iPod and hence indicate for further help.
