Try this follow by instructions:-
Turn off you computer. Restart it then tap F2... to access BIOS. Press F9 to load setup defaults. Then press F10 to save settings and exit. Check device manager if the webcamera is detected that should be under imaging devices. If not.. try to reinstall the camera utility. If not possible that the webcam already defective.
