My compaq presario notebook crashed

i installed avg 9.0 on my notebook for a virus protectot and i was told to delkete it it has viruses itself when i deleted it my notebook did a restart and now it wont give me access to anything alls it show up is a blank screen i ran a drive test and it pops up something about code 303 how can i fix this please

Hi there,

Boot from your windows installation cd and make either a repair or format the hard drive and reinstall windows os.
