Yyyyyyyy usb device

Hey guys...my 4 gb pen drive is not working anymore, msg shows found new harware yyyyyyyyyyy usb device but cannot be installed. When i go to device manager, under other device i have yyyyyyyy usb device. please help me

Dear Shamim,

The problem might be coming from its USB port, try using an alternative one.
