My pc not link & warn me cpu has been changed

when i on my pc my cpu hdd n all run but my pc does not link with monitor sometime after restarting it works normal or sometime i had to power of and on then it link with monitor .

to day i m facing another problem with it pc gives warning cpu has been change .when i on my pc and link with monitor.
