Asus computer software

Hi

My daughter has an asus computer, but has lost the start up disk. She can't get her computer to turn on. It stops at 22% configuration and lets out a loud beep. How can she get it to start again, it is also still under warranty.

Dear Lissa,

It will be wiser to get it back to the distributor since there is warranty on it.
