Remote desktop connection not working Closed

Question

In my home my laptop is having windows 7 home premium and my ISP is bsnl. And in my office i am using windows xp SP3,the ISP is not bsnl.And i tried to connect using remote desktop to my home pc i cant.Why becaz of different ISP??? Help me.....

May be this seems rediculos but I soleved my problem after weeks of searching by updating the host VGA Driver.

My host was windows 2003 DataCenter with an NVidia 8600GT. 
Now it's working perfect.
