Toshiba 32bit laptop complete repair

Hi i have toshiba 32bit vista windows laptop.and i want to do complete repair,i want it to be same as new one,i have all my files and programs copied to separate hard disc.i tried few options here like switch it off then press 0 and wait but nothing and i lost repair cd i been given when i bought my laptop.i bought repair cd from ebay but after i try to install vista system is asking product key witch i dont have.so how can i restore my laptop or maybe i can get this repair cd from somewhere?
