Cant open downloads

In my page of Downloads i cant open any of the files that i downloaded. I right click twice and it wont open. Dont know what to do.

Dear Sir,

There might have been corrupted files contained in the folder causing the trouble. Please consider creating another folder and then direct the download to this specific folder. This should facilitate the task to be carried out.
